Title - The Collectors Find Limited edition of 250 prints Original painting - £1250 The Ferguson T20 tractor, often called a little grey Fergie, looked as if it hadn't seen daylight for many years. This farm tractor painting shows it propped up on bricks, covered in hay and rust it is now a favourite roost of the farmyard hens. The collector thoughtfully scratched his head as he tried to guess the likely cost of this latest restoration project. The farmer and the collector, both seasoned 'hagglers', would soon agree terms, perhaps sealing the deal with a handshake and a mug of tea back at the farmhouse. |
