' The Sunshine Gang!' are a ' mewsic' and mischief loving band of 6 colourful kitty characters, the piano playing 'Keys' pictured right, is the ' keyboard cool' founder and leader of the band. Here's the lineup of the band, shown from left to right -

Toots on the flute, Loud ' n' Proud ( LP ) playing the Trumpet, Strings the violinist, Guitar Star with his favourite yellow guitar, the fiery drummer Wham Bam! - all led by Keys on his keyboard.

- Keys is the founder member of The Sunshine Gang, his story began when he was just a cold furry bundle in the snow, mewing on the doorstep of a big city jazz club. Listening through a chink in the door, Keys slowly uncurled to the warm mellow tones of a jazzy piano player, and tiptoed inside.

The cool old jazz -cat took an instant liking to the shivering little black and white kitten, and over time, taught him everything he knew. Keys soon became the jazz clubs main ' cattraction' . His reputation as a musical feline spread, and he was soon joined by other colourful and music loving cats from all around. 'The Sunshine Gang' was born, and even the fun loving, mischievous little white mice from the club get in on the act . . . but that's another story!

The Sunshine Gang hope to one day have all their wonderful adventures told in a colourful picture storybook - we will let you know when to look out for the first!
