Title - The Way Home Limited edition of 200 prints Original painting - Sold This landscape painting with poppies shows a winding country lane with deep hedges and colourful wild poppies to either side. Fields of golden corn shine under a warm summer sun, inviting us to imagine the carefree song of a skylark high above. I called this oil painting 'The Way Home', as it reminds me of long walks with childhood friends exploring the summer countryside, fond memories of a time when the world seemed far less hurried. |
