Our favourite white and black cat asleep, this time she is curled
up on a pillow of pink carnations, quietly enjoying a peaceful afternoons sleep in the summer sunshine.

Cats and flowers often work well together in paintings, the combination is one I use often. The colours in a garden flower border always provide a pleasant background to the wonderful antics of our feline friends.
