Title - Crab Hunting
Limited edition of 300 prints
Original painting - Sold
These two children fishing in a rock pool were quickly
sketched while on a family holiday at Robin Hoods Bay on the North Yorkshire
coast. The girls were using their fishing nets to turn over stones
in their hunt for small crabs or starfish.
The rocky shore here
is ideal for searching the many rock pools, or fossil hunting,
especially for ammonites, the fossils that look like a small curled up snake
as my eldest daughter used to say.
