In this painting of cattle by a feed trough, the farmer can just
be seen arriving in a blue landrover, while the cattle seem to be waiting as if a tasty treat is about to be served.

Simple countryside landscapes like this are a favourite painting subject of mine, apart from the cows and calves, I was attracted by the glow of the evening sun and the cool shadows.
