Title - The Connoisseurs Limited edition of 300 prints Original painting - Sold In this small oil painting of classic and vintage cars I wanted to portray the enthusiasts and collectors at the rally. As they walked from one car to another, there would be lots of talk and reminiscences about the body work or mechanical features. The passion of the collectors was evident, so in this painting of a vintage car rally, I wanted to show their interest in each car displayed - the phrase 'bees around a honey pot' came to mind. |
